The short version

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your book.
Your pet's photo is used only to make your book. It's never used for ads and never used to train AI models.
We delete the photo 30 days after delivery and the book file 60 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.

Your order details: your email, your pet's name, the details you type into the form (people's names, toy, talent, spot, accessory, dedication) and your pet's photo.
What our system learns from the photo: a written description of your pet's appearance (breed guess, colors, markings) used to keep the drawings consistent.
Payment: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see your card number. We receive the order total, the email used at checkout and the payment status.
Attribution: if you arrived through a creator's link or used a code, we store that code and basic campaign tags (like utm_source) so we can pay the creator. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Please don't upload photos of people, and never of children. If a photo shows a person, we'll ask you for another one and delete the first.

Cloudflare: hosts this website.
Supabase: stores order records and files.
Google (Gemini API, paid tier): generates the illustrations from your photo and details. On the paid tier, Google does not use this content to improve its products.
Lemon Squeezy: takes your payment and handles tax and refunds.
Google (Gmail): sends your order emails.

Some of these providers store data in the United States.

Unpaid orders: deleted after 48 hours.
Your pet's photo: deleted 30 days after we deliver your book.
Your book file: deleted 60 days after delivery. Please save your copy.
Order record (email, amount, date, code used): kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.

Ask us to delete your photo, book and details at any time. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by email. Deleting before delivery cancels the order and we refund it.
Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to correct it.
If you ticked the box to hear from us next year, unsubscribe from any email with one click, or just reply "stop".

We will never post your pet, your photo or your book publicly unless you explicitly say yes in writing, for that specific use.

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
